Our First Kiss is a queer, alternative-controller festival game!
The game requires two players to sit (in person) on a sofa with pressure sensors. As they either move toward each other, or move away, their actions in real time are reflected by the silhouettes seen on screen. They can send emoticons such as “:)” or “:/” and those emoticons will have an effect on the screen where the two players are
The game invites them to explore intimacy with each other, and explores the idea of claiming public spaces as queer
- Due to Covid, audience will interact via Twitch stream instead of interacting in person.
